Cancellation / Refund Policy
Peak season
Peak season starts Memorial Day weekend and goes through Labor Day weekend and the week of Spring Break. A three (3) night minimum is required, with the exception of the second half of August.
Off season
A two (2) night minimum is required.
Final payment
Final payments are required thirty (30) days before check-in. If payment is not received on time, Frio River Escape, at its sole discretion, may cancel your reservation and no refund will be provided.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 31 days before check-in will receive 100% of your deposit (less a $100.00 cancellation fee). Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit all monies paid. The same applies for shortened stays or early departures.
Weather or river conditions cannot be controlled, and refunds will not be offered. The same applies to health issues, including covid-related illnesses. If you are concerned about cancelling, please purchase the trip insurance available at booking.
