Peak season starts Memorial Day weekend and goes through Labor Day weekend and the week of Spring Break.A three (3) night minimum is required, with the exception of the second half of August.

When is final payment due?

Accepted Answer

Final payments are required thirty (30) days before check-in.If payment is not received timely, Frio River Escape, at their sole discretion, may cancel your reservation and no refund shall be provided.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 31 days before check-in will receive 100% of your deposit (less cancellation fee).Cancellations made less than 30 days will forfeit all monies paid.Cancellation fee = $100.00.The same applies for shortened stays/early departures.

Do you offer refunds for weather, river conditions, or illness?

Weather or river conditions cannot be controlled, and refunds will not be offered. The same applies to health issues / COVID-related illnesses.If you are concerned about cancelling, please purchase the trip insurance that is available to you when booking.
